BelleBook is an appointment book for beauty professionals. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it is kept and what is shared.
EgeaINC does not collect, store or receive your agenda data. Everything you enter is stored only on your device:
This data never leaves your device unless you export or share it yourself, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
The free version of BelleBook shows ads provided by Google AdMob. With BelleBook PRO there are no ads, and the app does not start the ads service.
To show and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect and process:
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies, not by EgeaINC. Your agenda data (clients, appointments, services) is never shared with AdMob.
Your choices:
When you dictate an appointment, the app uses your device’s speech recognition service (on most phones, Google’s). The audio is handled by that service; EgeaINC does not receive or store it. The app only uses the resulting text to fill in the appointment.

The optional permissions are requested only when you use the related feature, and the app works without them.
If you subscribe to BelleBook PRO, the payment is processed by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information. Google’s privacy policy applies to these transactions: https://policies.google.com/privacy
BelleBook can open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, for example an appointment reminder or a birthday greeting. This is done through Android’s standard intent system: BelleBook does not access your WhatsApp data or send messages automatically.
We do not share your agenda data with anyone. The only data that leaves your device is what Google AdMob collects to show ads in the free version (see Advertising) and what Google Play needs to process a purchase.
BelleBook offers a backup feature that exports your data to a file. You choose where this file is stored and shared. We do not have access to your backups.
You can delete all your data at any time by deleting records within the app, clearing the app’s data from Android Settings, or uninstalling the app. To delete or reset the advertising ID used for ads, use your device’s Google settings.
BelleBook is a work tool for professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

BelleBook es una agenda de turnos para profesionales de la belleza. Esta política explica qué datos maneja la app, dónde se guardan y qué se comparte.
EgeaINC no recopila, guarda ni recibe los datos de tu agenda. Todo lo que cargás se guarda solamente en tu dispositivo:
Estos datos no salen de tu teléfono salvo que vos los exportes o compartas, y se borran al desinstalar la app.
La versión gratis de BelleBook muestra anuncios de Google AdMob. Con BelleBook PRO no hay publicidad y la app no inicia el servicio de anuncios.
Para mostrar y medir los anuncios, Google AdMob puede recopilar y procesar:
Estos datos los recopila y procesa Google según sus propias políticas, no EgeaINC. Los datos de tu agenda (clientas, turnos, servicios) nunca se comparten con AdMob.
Lo que podés hacer:
Cuando dictás un turno, la app usa el servicio de reconocimiento de voz de tu teléfono (en la mayoría de los equipos, el de Google). El audio lo procesa ese servicio; EgeaINC no lo recibe ni lo guarda. La app sólo usa el texto resultante para completar el turno.

Los permisos opcionales se piden sólo cuando usás la función, y la app funciona sin ellos.
Si te suscribís a BelleBook PRO, el pago lo procesa Google Play. No tenemos acceso a tu información de pago.
BelleBook puede abrir WhatsApp con un mensaje ya armado, por ejemplo un recordatorio de turno o un saludo de cumpleaños. No accedemos a tus datos de WhatsApp ni enviamos mensajes automáticamente.
No compartimos los datos de tu agenda con nadie. Lo único que sale del teléfono es lo que recopila Google AdMob para mostrar anuncios en la versión gratis (ver Publicidad) y lo que Google Play necesita para procesar una compra.
BelleBook permite exportar tus datos a un archivo. Vos elegís dónde se guarda y con quién lo compartís. No tenemos acceso a tus copias.
Podés borrar todos tus datos cuando quieras: desde la app, limpiando los datos de la app en los Ajustes de Android o desinstalándola. Para borrar o restablecer el identificador de publicidad, usá los ajustes de Google del teléfono.
BelleBook es una herramienta de trabajo para profesionales y no está dirigida a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos a sabiendas datos de menores.
Podemos actualizar esta política. Los cambios se publican en esta página con la fecha nueva.
